Packages are usually shipped out in less than 24 hours except on weekends. Customers will usually receive their order in 3-7 business days via ground shipping.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 15 days of the purchase date. A full refund will be issued less the original shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an incorrect product was shipped to you. We can only accept returns on products that have not been opened.
Our Exchange Policy:
If product you received was defective or it was an incorrect product, we will exchange it for the same product within 15 days of your order date. You must first email us with the exact problem and an order confirmation number. We will then send further instructions on mailing back the product (must include all parts or pieces of the product ordered). You will need to include a copy of your sales receipt and details of your problem.
